HOURS:
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION FUNCTION:

  1. Answer phone inquiries.
  2. Handle daily processing and verification of wires.
  3. Import/export Fed Line Advantage Activity.
  4. Back up Internet Banking processes, maintenance and problem resolution.
  5. Back up for ACH Origination processes, maintenance and problem resolution.
  6. Data Entry for both Internet Banking and ACH Origination.
  7. General research for customers.
  8. Other duties as assigned

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  1. Professional phone manners.
  2. Good customer relation skills.
  3. Attentiveness to detail.
  4. Knowledge of Excel/Word required.
  5. Accounting skills helpful.

Part-Time Teller

HOURS:
1:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
8:30 a.m. - Noon Alternating Saturdays

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION FUNCTION:

Lending Assistant

Lending Assistant

HOURS:
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION FUNCTION:

  1. Assists in preparation and coordination of loan work for three lenders. Reviews loan memorandum prepared by the loan officer for details and/or is able to prepare the memo personally with minimal instruction from the loan officer.
  2. Closes loans, making sure that all documents are properly executed. Prepares any files and entries needed for funding.
  3. Schedules appointments for loan officers and coordinates appointments with customers to sign loan documents.
  4. Researches any questions regarding loans as directed by the loan officer or customer.
  5. Greets and directs lobby customers as necessary.
  6. Assists with customer inquiries concerning bank products and services to additionally include referrals for trust and investment services.
  7. Assist lending officers in obtaining loan information and documentation required of the borrower and assist in the clearing of any loan documentation exceptions.
  8. Assist loan officers in the collection of past due loan payments.
  9. Proactively pursues business development opportunities.
  10. Assists in all other responsibilities necessary to ensure that the bank is performing in a safe and sound manner.
  11. Any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  1. Business degree and/or previous experience in banking in lending and/or product sales
  2. Previous real estate lending experience preferred.
  3. Strong computer skills.
  4. Detail oriented.
  5. Excellent customer service skills.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Excellent communication skills including professional telephone etiquette.
Personal Banker

Personal Banker

HOURS:
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION FUNCTION:

  • Greet lobby/branch customers and direct as necessary.
  • Respond to customer inquiries concerning bank products and services.
  • Establish new customer relationships by processing new account applications for Deposit, Savings, Certificate of Deposit, and Debit Card accounts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries concerning account transactions such as issuing Stop Payments, Closing Deposit Accounts, Transaction Disputes, Research requests, and General Account Inquiries.
  • Proactively pursue business development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of cross-selling opportunities and incentive plans within existing customer base.
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Proven excellence in both written and oral communication.
  2. Proven ability to interact with customers and support staff to achieve superior service quality.
  3. Demonstrated ability to function with limited supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  1. A four year degree with emphasis in business, marketing, or related field, or combination of previous experience in banking and/or sales.
  2. Previous experience in platform banking applications.
  3. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably at a supervisory position.
  4. PC experience including Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
