  • Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of  Lubbock National Bank.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
  • Make Marketing calls on existing customers, as well as potential customers. 
  • Determine which financial products best meet customer needs and advising customers regarding advantages and disadvantages of different products.
  • Provide friendly, fast and efficient customer service.
  • Perform and supervise all teller & CSR functions in support to bank policies and procedures and regulatory agency.
  • Distributes all special projects and handle each customer in a professional manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • College Degree preferred, although previous work experience may be considered, a minimum of two or more years of banking experience is required.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
  • Provide general supervision of the branch and ensure that duties and responsibilities assigned are carried out in an effective, systematic and cost oriented manner with focus on Customer Service.
  • Assist branch employees with questions and problems.
  • Help resolve customer problems and complaints and training of staff as needed.
  • Act as a CSR and assist teller operations on a regular basis.
  • Develop incentives based on needs at this location.
  • Distribute all special projects and handle each customer in a professional manner.
  • Make marketing calls on existing customers, as well as potential customers.  These calls are to be reported to the Marketing Department and will be discussed at the Marketing Meeting. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

REQUIREMENTS:

High school education or equivalent is required.  College degree preferred or previous work experience may be substituted.  Previous banking experience of at least 3 to 5 years is preferred with extended experience in banking operations.  Supervisory experience of at least 2 or more years is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees and bank personnel is of utmost importance.  Must be able to coordinate and supervise the branch’s operation activities and motivate employees under direct supervision.  The ability to act independently and handle customer problems/complaints is essential.  Ability to work “Under Pressure” is necessary.  A neat and professional appearance is needed.  Must be organized and detailed oriented.  Must be flexible with working retail hours, including weekends.  Must lead by example and be working manager.
