- Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support
- Process mortgage files after initial approval is completed.
- Verify required documentation and review files.
- Issue closing instructions
- Fund loans and check in packages to be reviewed for accuracy.
- Close all adverse files and make sure they are in compliance.

Requirements: |
A high school education is required. Some previous work experience is preferred. Knowledge of procedures in processing and closing mortgage loans. Knowledge of M/L programs and products. Knowledge of M/L compliance regulations that pertain to loan processing. Must be well organized, and have ability to juggle multiple tasks on a daily basis. Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel required. Access, and M/L Applications Systems knowledge preferred.

- Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Lubbock National Bank.
- Greet lobby/branch customers and direct as necessary.
- Respond to customer inquiries concerning bank products and services.
- Establish new customer relationships by processing new account applications for Deposit, Savings, Certificate of Deposit, and Debit Card accounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries concerning account transactions such as issuing Stop Payments, Closing Deposit
- Accounts, Transaction Disputes, Research requests, and General Account Inquiries.
- Proactively pursue business development opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of cross-selling opportunities and incentive plans within existing customer base.

Requirements: |
Proven excellence in both written and oral communication. Proven ability to interact with customers and support staff to achieve superior service quality. Demonstrated ability to function with limited supervision. A four year degree with emphasis in business, marketing, or related field, or combination of previous experience in banking and/or sales. Previous experience in platform banking applications. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably at a supervisory position. PC experience including Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
