Requirements:  

A high school diploma is required, some college is preferred and a minimum of 2 years banking experience specifically in lending including experience in inputting, processing, uploading, and funding loans. Experience using LaserPro required as well as PC literacy, and general clerical and secretarial skills are required.  The ability to work and communicate well with customers and fellow employees, both orally and in written form, is very important, as is a strong marketing/sales orientation.  Able to work independently, with minimal supervision necessary.  Must be neat in appearance and be able to work a flexible schedule.

  • Provide quality customer service and work towards the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank/Lubbock National Bank.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
  • Make Marketing calls on existing customers, as well as potential customers.  These calls are to be reported to the Marketing Department and will be discussed at the Marketing Meeting. 
  • Responsible for overseeing, expediting and organizing the administration of accounts assigned -this includes professional and client contact. 
  • Personal Trust Administrators should also be able to recognize fiduciary responsibility applications, income, and estate tax problems.
  • Personal Trust Administrators should assist the client or put the client in contact with a professional who can assist him/her.
  • Administer accounts for foundations, endowments, investment agencies, IRA’s and 401K plans, and trusts.

Requirements:

College degree and 5 years’ business experience, working knowledge of fiduciary principles and accounting.  Good communication skills, both written and oral.  CFP, CPA, RIA, brokerage, or legal background preferred. Must have ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and motivate persons under direct supervision.  Must be able to create and maintain good Bank image in dealing with the public, both business and non-business contacts.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
  • Make Marketing calls on existing customers, as well as potential customers.  These calls are to be reported to the Marketing Department and will be discussed at the Marketing Meeting.
  • Management of Email marketing and social media.
  • Coordinate duties and activities with Marketing Director, i.e. reports, special events, charities, (bank and agency) etc.
  • Act as primary contact for all LNB sponsorships and coordinate attendees for bank sponsored events.
  • Manage and maintain all aspects of the executive dining room. Holiday, party, and special events planning and arrangements.
  • All administrative duties, i.e. answering phones, filing, organization.
  • Promote the bank through community sponsorships/donations/advertising/social media.
  • Increase the bank’s CRA presence in the Lubbock Market.
  • Represent the Bank as needed within the community as a board/committee member.
  • Actively promote the bank through public relations activities and civic opportunities striving to build market share and customer trust.

Requirements: 

A college education is required. 2-3 years’ marketing/public relations experience is required. Banking experience is a plus. Must be able to discuss all bank services with customers, potential customers and business associates. Experience administering social media platforms preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
