Network Administrator/IT Network

Job Duties:          

  • Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank. Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support. Investigate, analyze, implement, and test new systems development projects.
  • Evaluate study and test network routing issues and planning.
  • Assist with data communications for the network, cable installation, network system and storage planning, monitoring, testing and servicing.
  • Network backups. Planning, monitoring & ensuring completeness.
  • Virtual Desktops (VDI) and desktop architecture
  • Active Directory and GPO
  • Manage and support Cloud infrastructure and services
  • Ensure compliance with network policies, procedures and standards.
  • Troubleshoot network/PC-related problems.

Requirements: 

An Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or MIS is required.  Related work experience can be substituted for the educational requirements. Would prefer (but not required) candidate to have one of the following certifications (MCP, MCSE, CCNA, CCDA or similar). This position requires a minimum of two to four years of both Network, routing and Server computing experience. Must be able to resolve issues using sound judgment and experience.

Job Duties:                          

  • Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Lubbock National Bank.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
  • Act as a paying and receiving teller.
  • Process commercial customer deposits.
  • Handle exchange, change orders, loan payments, etc.
  • Work closely with supervisor and customers when questions or problems arise.
  • Verify, straighten and bundle money sold to the vault.  
  • Provide friendly, fast and efficient customer service.
  • Travel to branch locations upon Operations Manager’s request.
