Job Duties:
- Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Lubbock National Bank.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
- Make Marketing calls on existing customers, as well as potential customers. These calls are to be reported to the Marketing Department and will be discussed at the Marketing Meeting.
- Management of Email marketing and social media.
- Coordinate duties and activities with Marketing Director, i.e. reports, special events, charities, (bank and agency) etc.
- Act as primary contact for all LNB sponsorships and coordinate attendees for bank sponsored events.
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the executive dining room. Holiday, party, and special events planning and arrangements.
- All administrative duties, i.e. answering phones, filing, organization.
- Promote the bank through community sponsorships/donations/advertising/social media.
