Requirements:

- Coordinate duties and activities with Marketing Director, i.e. reports, special events, charities, (bank and agency) etc.
- Act as primary contact for all LNB sponsorships and coordinate attendees for bank sponsored events.
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the executive dining room. Holiday, party, and special events planning and arrangements.
- All administrative duties, i.e. answering phones, filing, organization.
- Promote the bank through community sponsorships/donations/advertising/social media.
- Increase the bank’s CRA presence in the Lubbock Market.
- Represent the Bank as needed within the community as a board/committee member.
- Actively promote the bank through public relations activities and civic opportunities striving to build market share and customer trust.
Requirements:
A college education is required. 2-3 years’ marketing/public relations experience is required. Banking experience is a plus. Must be able to discuss all bank services with customers, potential customers and business associates. Experience administering social media platforms preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
