- Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support. Assist Trust Administrators in the daily management of assigned accounts. This includes establishing, maintaining and terminating trust account files.
- Prepare computer entries for receipts and disbursements as directed. Preparation of documents and correspondence, and client contact either in person or by telephone.
- Assist in the administration of accounts, and prepare worksheets as required.
- Prepare reports for administrators and bank management.
- Make Marketing calls on existing customers, as well as potential customers. These calls are to be reported to the Marketing Department and will be discussed at the Marketing Meeting.
- Assist in administration of accounts for foundations, endowments, investment agencies, and trusts.
Requirements:
College degree required and working knowledge of fiduciary principles and accounting required. - Develop and manage commercial loan accounts which meet established lending requirements and which provide maximum profitability to the Bank with a minimum of risk.
