  • Provide effective, consistent teller and customer service training for all LNB and ANB South locations which includes travel. 
  • Provide teller and customer service support at various locations when not directly training new employees as needed.
  • Ensure tellers are trained with focus on customer service and exception process while maintaining proper policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and direct ENGAGE environment for positive, good, fun and professional environment.
  • Train all new CSRs with ENGAGE and banking products. Ensure they can open accounts with ease and BE NICE.

Requirements: 

Some college is preferred. Supervisory experience or equivalent is required.  Previous teller experience of 1 – 2 years is necessary.  Ability to act independently and work professionally with customers and tellers along with various branch teams.  Must be able to work lobby and drive-ups and move from one to the other with ease at various branches. Excellent communication skills are a must. Knowledge of banking procedures and various equipment and systems is necessary.  Must have a neat and professional appearance.

  • The position requires high customer contact and visibility.
  • Prepare loan documents for the branch loan officers.
  • Aid in the loan application, evaluation, closing, funding and servicing processes.
