Customer Service Representative - 50th Street Branch

8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday                                                                         

Job Duties:        

Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Lubbock National Bank.

Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.

Act as the receptionist/secretary.

Open new accounts; open and redeem safe deposit box contracts.

Sell and redeem CDs.

Assist with bookkeeping questions and help as needed to serve our customers as efficiently as possible.

Take incoming and outgoing wires

Prepare monthly bank statements.

Issue pulse cards.

Sell and place IRA’s on distribution.

Requirements:

A high school diploma is required, some college is preferred and a minimum of 2 years of general banking experience.  Teller, new accounts, CDs and general operations experience is helpful.  Typing skills of 45-50 wpm, 10-key by touch, PC literacy, and general clerical and secretarial skills are required.  The ability to work and communicate well with customers and fellow employees, both orally and in written form, is very important, as is a strong marketing/sales orientation.  Must be neat in appearance and be able to work a flexible schedule.

 

Maintenance Mechanic 2 - Building Department

Job Duties:                   

  • Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff and tenants of Amarillo National Bank
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support
  • Perform general maintenance on equipment and systems such as;
    • Lighting and electrical systems 
    • Plumbing systems, fixtures, and pumps
    • HVAC systems, components, and controls
    • Mechanical systems and components
  • Respond to after-hours emergency calls
  • Other duties as assigned.                       

Requirements: 

  • 5 years’ experience in general maintenance strongly preferred. Prefer one or more of the following areas of experience but not required (lighting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, controls, mechanical systems and components, pumps, fans, and other equipment)
  • Good work ethic and detail oriented, with pride in workmanship
  • Desire to be part of a successful maintenance team
  • Ability to execute a high standard of quality service
